Artist's Comments

I'm using Illustrator 9.0 for all my stuff. This is like a road racing Camaro from a magazine but I thought the giant wing spoiler it had was ghetto so I left it out.

i agree ... i tried photoshop for this sort of work and i just don't get it. the only thing about illustrator is that you have to be a chess player to work with nine zillion layers because if you don't think ahead 10 moves, you get screwed.

This is so damn sexy, the old skool camaros are my all time favourite car, the 1960's was such an awesome time for the automotive world.
a little something bothering me, the shadow is white and its a bit jaggy around some edges, but nonetheless i love it :)

yeah my brother said the same thing and i'm not sure wtf i was doing there. it's not really white it's just that the angle is so low (and the sun is too) that each tire is casting its own shadow but it doesn't look right. cause then why would there be a line coming from the passenger rear going to the right of the picture and to the front tire? i'm just not really sure. maybe i'll change it if i get bored. and i don't know about the jaggies .... straight vector lines that close together on a gentle slope like that i guess. dunno.
