A preview of the Modern Muscle series, Challenger edition. A little tweaking here and there, some alternate backgrounds but this is getting close so I wanted to get some initial reactions before going further. I wanted to keep the new car close to stock but I couldn't help but make a few subtle modifications that I hope make it look more agressive. I'll be selling prints through O'Dell Studios so shoot me an email if you're interested. The next cars will be the Camaro of course (10 and 69), a GT500 (10 and 68 for now)set and possibly a regular Mustang GT set (09 or earlier and open possibilities right now), a GTO set and a few others that I'm gonna hold off on right now. Let me know what you guys think. I wanna hear the good bad and ugly. Hope you like em!
This is awesome. I must say the new Challenger is freaking gorgeous, and really a nice testament to the old one.
I like the old one being in the foreground on this composition, sort of suggesting that a rebuilt badass car takes back-seat to nobody, not even its newest incarnation.
The only negative reaction would be that the front tire on the 70 (it IS a 1970, right?) seems to be cut off by the fender a little.. Like the top edge could come out just a SMIDGE more.
Other than that I just love the way the wheels are tucked. Besides for that little teeny edge, they look brilliant, on both cars.
Nice job, as usual. I can't freaking wait to see the rest of the new/old ones... Especially the GT-500.

OK I think I see what you mean about the front tire (yeah it's a 70) ... I'll move it around and see if something better happens. I might tuck the new car's wheels a touch more I dunno. Thanks for the comment and the suggestions, I really appreciate it.

When did it suddenly become cool to hate everything? It's a growing problem, especially in the entertainment world, and no one benefits from an increasingly hard to please, pessimistic audience.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
